This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard your information when you use the PR Pro iOS application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you consent to the practices described herein.

d. No Sensitive or Precise Location Data
We do not collect GPS/location coordinates or access your device’s contacts, calendars, photos, or camera.

  • Personalize your in‑App experience and tailor content or suggestions.
  • Communicate important notices, updates, and respond to support inquiries.

  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect our rights and users’ safety.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or email delivery). They are contractually bound to keep your data confidential and use it only to provide those services.

4. Your Rights & Choices

  • Delete your account at any time via the App (“Settings → Delete Account”). This will remove your personal data from our active systems, except where retention is required by law.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data under applicable laws (e.g. CCPA, GDPR) by emailing team@proproapp.com.
  • Opt‑out of any future marketing communications by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting us.
  • Uninstall the App at any time to stop further data collection.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and disclose, request deletion of your personal information, and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at team@proproapp.com.

6. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the App and fulfill the purposes described, or as required by law. After account deletion, we may retain aggregated or anonymized data for analytics.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—such as encryption in transit, secure access controls, and regular security reviews—to protect your information. However, no security system is completely impenetrable.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you learn that a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact team@proproapp.com so we can delete it.

10. Third‑Party Links & Services

The App may contain links to third‑party websites or integrate third‑party SDKs. Those parties have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their terms before using their services.

11. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in Canada or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information across borders.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or new features. We will post the updated policy in the App and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
